DEMO for every coin on Pons · Robinhood Chain
Swear you won't sell.
Let them stand in your shadow.
A wallet puts ETH behind a promise to keep a Pons coin. Anyone can follow it by buying cover before the clock starts. Hold to the end and the followers' premiums are yours. Drop below your line for a single block and your whole bond walks over to them.
Pick a figure on the field to read its oath.
Cast your shadow
Name the coin and the line you will not go under. Put ETH behind it. Followers can buy cover up to the size of your bond until the term starts, and after that the door shuts: nobody can buy cover once they see you heading for the exit.
Only you can break your oath, and breaking it only ever costs you. Buying cover on yourself from another wallet gets you your own bond back, less the fee.
How it holds
If you hold
When the term ends anyone can close the oath. You get your bond back and every premium your followers paid, less a 2.5% fee on the premiums. Followers keep nothing but the proof they backed someone who did not sell, which is what they paid for.
If you sell
The contract checks your balance against your line. The first person to notice you under it during the term catches you and takes 1% of the bond. 2.5% is the fee. Everything else in the bond goes to your followers, split by how much cover each bought, and their premiums go back to them in full. Selling a sliver counts. Sending the coin to another wallet counts.
Fine print
No owner. The contract has no admin, no pause, no upgrade and no way to move anyone's ETH outside these rules. The 2.5% fee and where it goes are fixed when the contract is deployed. Your Pons creator fees are never involved.
The check is a balance check. Shadow reads your balance of the coin when someone asks. A sell and rebuy inside the same block cannot be seen, and a few seconds below your line between two blocks can only be caught if someone looks in that window. Watchers are paid 1% of the bond to look.
Before the term, your line is not checked. Selling before the term starts means you are caught the second it begins, while followers who bought in the meantime are already covered.
Cover is capped by the bond and cannot be bought after the term starts. When cover is thin, each follower gets a larger share of the bond, because all of it goes to whoever followed.
Only Pons coins. A coin has to report the Pons launch factory to be sworn on. Payouts sit in the contract until someone pulls them, so a wallet that cannot receive ETH never blocks anyone else.
